第28屆國際政治學會（IPSA）世界政治科學大會網站現已上線！2025年IPSA世界政治科學大會將於2025年7月12日至16日在韓國首爾的Coex會展中心舉行，本次大會的主題為「在極化社會中抵制威權化」，將以全體現場參與的形式進行。

The 28th IPSA World Congress of Political Science website is now online! The 2025 IPSA World Congress of Political Science will be held at the Coex Convention & Exhibition Center in Seoul, South Korea, as a fully in-person event from 12-16 July 2025 under the theme Resisting Autocratization in Polarized Societies.

The 2025 IPSA World Congress of Political Science will be a fully in-person event. 【本研討會簡介】
本次研討會著重探討公民參與如何影響政府績效，希望藉由公民參與地方治理運作之各項主題，探究提升地方治理績效之契機，增進相關學術理論之建構以及地方實務之精進。希望藉由本次研討會之發表以及深度討論，強化公民參與方式並提升地方政府之治理效能！
【相關資訊】
本會結合比利時根特大學，以及臺大由教育部「人文與社會科學領域標竿計畫」補助成立韌性社會中心歐盟研究項目，於今 (2023) 年9月12至13日，於根特大學聯合舉辦「全球秩序變遷下的歐盟與東亞關係」研討會。這也是第三次的歐盟-東亞關係國際研討會，前二次的研討成果，已分別由名列TSSCI的政治科學論叢與人文及社會科學集刊出版國際專刊。
此次研討會與以往不同之處，在於地緣政經因素與俄烏戰爭，使歐洲必須同時面對能源與供應鏈，這二項風險分散的考驗，而這衝擊不但提供臺灣與歐盟之間強化產業合作的機遇，也可同時觀察歐盟因應前述衝擊並展現社會韌性的成效：歐盟一向被我國視為永續發展典範，然面對前所未有的變局，是否將導致成員國政策步調不一，進而危及政經整合基礎並動搖其典範地位，或將成為歐債危機之後更為嚴峻的挑戰。
本次研討會聚焦於歐盟與兩岸關係、地緣政治衝突議題、規範性權力、以及能源經濟永續議題，以英文發表共15篇論文。惟眾所關注者，仍在於歐盟與臺灣簽署雙邊投資協議可行性的討論，且為中央社發文大篇幅報導 (https://www.cna.com.tw/news/aipl/202309130004.aspx)。由於它已非純粹經濟議題，其他發表諸如中國大陸帶路倡議發展與歐盟回應，各大國對於國際規範調整的折衝等等，也都與之息息相關。會後 朱理事長率我方代表團於14日拜訪駐比利時暨歐盟代表處，受到俞大使接待並邀請比國智庫學者進行座談，順利完成此行學術發表與意見交流任務。
在臺比二國國科會 (NSTC 112-2927-I-002-510) 以及韌性社會中心資助下 (112L900302)，2024年9月比國學者將回訪臺灣進行第二回合學術研討。會後研究成果經學術匿名審查程序，將由本會政治學報擇優刊登。
